Payment options
The most popular form of payment is Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Additionally we also accept Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. This is a secure site and all of our pages information is passed through a secure connection. Please make sure to use the most recent browser available.
Minimum Order / Samples
- Samples may be purchased at the piece price and are not returnable. There are no free samples, but after you place your sample order and make a bulk purchase of over $500 you may contact customer service and we can credit you back your sample order up to $50. Please contact our customer service team once you place your next order over $500. We do not offer any type of sample program, but our wholesale pricing applies to all styles with no required minimum per order.
Printing or Embroidery
- In order to not compete with our customers we do not offer printing or embroidery services. We cannot recommend any printers or embroiders since a large portion of our customers are in the custom apparel business.
Where are your shirts made?
- Most brands that we carry manufacture their shirts overseas also in South America and Mexico.
Made in the USA shirts?
Are you the manufacturer?
- We are not a manufacturer. We can't make a custom shirt for you. We only carry the items you can find on our website.

- All our shirts are first quality, we do not carry any seconds or Irregulars.

- First put all the items you intend to purchase in our shopping cart.
- After adding all the items to the cart please add your zip code in the shipping estimator. Please add local sales tax.
- You will not be able to complete your purchase order online unless you are paying by credit card.

Free Easy Returns
- Free Returns and Exchanges for up to 100 days. No Returns will be accepted without an RA#
- Returns & Refunds: Please request a RA#(return authorization) with this Returns Form within 100 Days.
- Exchanges: Set up your return for your current order. Place a new order for your new items.We cannot place the new or replacement order for you. You must do this online.
- Once you submit the return form, the return authorization number will be issued from our customer service department within 2 business day. Please be patient with our return process, but the good news is that it is free.
- No returns will be accepted without a RA# return authorization number.
- No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse.
- Depending on shipping time and credit card processing time, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
- Shipping fees, if any, are not refunded.
- There is no restocking fee on your return or exchange
- Merchandise over 100 days old or discontinued merchandise may not be returned.
- Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.

We don't have a customer counter at any of our locations. No customer pickup or showroom.
How can I track my order?
Chat or E-mail Us / Track your order online by logging into your account. We also send out an email with tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
Where do we ship from?
Shipping
To calculate your shipping cost, please put your items in your cart and then add your zip code.
All orders over $79 Get Free Shipping (usually delivered in 1 to 3 business days) Order below $79, shipping fee starts at $6.85
- tracking Tracking is sent out by email within 1 business day after your order is placed. You can also verify your order online in your account or on our tracking page or visit our live page.
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm local warehouse time are usually shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will ship the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
- Regular UPS ground orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days but sometimes it can take up to 5 business days till delivery of your order. Once you put your zip code in the cart you will get an estimated delivery date.
- Regular USPS orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days but sometimes it can take up to 6 business days till delivery of your order.
- Your order may arrive in separate shipments. The shipping and handling charge on your invoice is final. You will never pay any extra charges for separate shipments from multiple warehouses.
- We now have 16 warehouses across the U.S and we will ship from the closest warehouse that has stock available for your location.
- Our warehouses are located strategically across the U.S. California, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Kansas, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Washington.
- We presently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We will add a shipping option for these states in a few months.
- We ship only to locations within the U.S. and cannot currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin islands. We do not ship outside the U.S.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.

Any additional discounts? - Volume Discounts
- Discounts are automatically applied to orders of $250 or more in the shopping cart.
- Orders of $250 or more will receive a 5% Discount automatically in the shopping cart.
- Orders of $500 or more will receive a 7% Discount automatically in the shopping cart.
- Orders of $1,000 or more will receive a 10% Discount automatically in the shopping cart.
- Orders of $2,500 or more will receive a 12% Discount automatically in the shopping cart.
- Orders of $5,000 or more will receive a 14% Discount automatically in the shopping cart.

I'm not a merchant can I still order?
- This site is open to the public. You do not have to be a merchant to place an order. It is now possible for the public to buy at wholesale prices. Larger orders will get volume discounts.
- There are No Minimums. But if you are looking to purchase one or two pieces, we are not the right company for you. We are a wholesale company and we cater our pricing and services to the customers who want to make bulk purchases.
- Samples may be purchased at the piece price and are not returnable.
What about sales tax?
- Please add items to your cart and enter your zip code to see if there is any sales tax for your state.
- If you are a retailer and have a reseller permit or resale certificate please enter this info during your checkout process and if approved you will not be charged tax. You must follow up with an email including a pic of resale certificate. or file of your resale certificate. If you already setup an account please log in your account and upload your resale certificate. If your resale is not approved during checkout please email a completed and signed valid resale permit. It must be on file to avoid being charged sales tax. If you were charged tax it will be credited after your resale certificate has been verified. You can email your sellers permit to [email protected]
- If you are a reseller and do not have a resale certificate but would like to get one it is really easy. Just follow the link below and click on your state. You will then fill out their form and receive your Resale certificate. Is there a minimum order?
- There are No Minimums. We are a wholesale company and we cater our pricing and services to the customers who want to make bulk purchases.

- White shirts are usually cheaper than the other colors.
- Sizes XXL, XXXL and bigger are usually more expensive than the regular sizes.
- We are a Wholesale Distributor of blank apparel, you are already receiving our lowest discounts offered on the products. we do offer volume discounts, please see the item's page for volume discount available.
